Our success will be measured through the achievement of our quality objectives. And this can best be achieved through the recruitment of highly motivated, customer focused officers, supported by our managers at all levels of the business, and by the recognition that our people are the public face of the
business and significantly impact on the customer’s perception of how we operate and the service we deliver.
